Hong Kong Trip 12-16 Nov 2008

It's been more than a week after we came back from HK. I'm not really in mood to write actually, that's the reason of kept delaying this entry. I have no particular reason of not being in mood. just like too lazy and have no idea to write.

Conversations between us

I still heavy with emotion thinking about this fiction. It's great. i'm not pretty sure about the author. i don't know who is he/she. but what i can say is the story is great. i started to read it at office. and i just couldn't stop reading it until the office hours ended. i continued at home. i finally finished it at 2am. but why must the hero died? but i did expected it from the beginning, but the story was too good for me to stop in the middle so, i continued reading it even though i can assume the ending. the plot and storyline were great. i can felt the characters' emotions.

i just can imagine the whole story, if it is going to be fillmed i will watch it again even though i read about it once. i think i can read it one more time, but i've to prepare to cry. yesterday i just hold my emotion, i cried but still under control. i watched this kdrama once it's quite the same but totally different. The Tree in heaven. the hero also a gangster and ended up to be killed. aah.

do u understand the feeling after u finished watching or reading something. it's ended. i felt empty inside. i felt very quiet around me even though there are lot of peoples around. it will take at least a week before i return to my normal self... until then....

my dream house

ahahhha ... 2-3 years back, i never imagine to visit showroom of a house amounting RM500k. even few weeks back, i did tell my husband let's buy house ranging 200-300K. but last week we've visited one semi-d house area our current house. It got 5 rooms with 3 bathrooms. but last week we didn't know the price. today, we went back to that house, snapping pictures and looking around. Before we left, we found one house with the owner's number. He wanted to sell it at RM550K. my husband called his friend who just bought a new house cost RM6++K. He took RM500K loan. It will cost him RM3500/mth for 30 years. It's accumulated to RM1.2M. Wow!!!! My husband said the area is nice and house worth that price, if we like it so much, he'll take it. Afterwards we supposed to buy new compass for our trip next week, on the way to the shop we found one corner lot they wanted to sell it at RM350K and they said they got another one smaller than the one we saw with the price of RM250K. maybe it's sound cheap but i think even the space must be smaller. Our current apartment got 5 rooms with three bathrooms. we used to live with a lot of rooms, so it will be uncomfortable to live in the small house. so we passed through Jusco before i saw new signboard of new launch house. we called them. it's phase three, the person in charged said that the phase three has not been launched yet, but they still got phase one that is going to be finished by early of next year. the cost is RM548K. They got 6 rooms and 6 bathrooms. we were shocked after hearing it. 6 rooms and 6 bathrooms? 40'x80'. Wow!!! ...the cost is almost the same with the one we just saw. But their show room had close for today. so we can visit tomorrow. but we're around the area, we decided to see the house. the first route to the house was closed. so we try another route and house is awesome!! i'll snap the pictures tomorrow. it's gorgeous. looks exclusive. so RM548K is not questionable. since the door was already closed, i peeked through the windows and sliding door, the hall is long, and they got attached kitchen , i thought that's the only kitchen they have, but i went back to the backyard and found out they also got another kitchen-separated with door, they also got one more room behind and a bathroom. i went back to the front, to find out that they also got another room with attached bathroom. i'll see upstairs tomorrow. i'll post the picture until then.
