Frustration

I was frustrated and furious these days. there's incident happened here, in my work place. i don't care about the outcome of it. But i really frustrated with the way they handled this matter. from the top person to colleagues. It's not related to me at all, but i felt the anger due to the improper manner of handling it. They claimed they all came from the big company which not allowed those things to happen. I accept it, but is it here the big company? Plus do the company ever give training or course to all staffs related to this matter? It is not right when you want to implement something when u haven't educate people about it.

To make things worst, the so called head of department never called that related person to hear the story from that person side. Is it fair? u called urself the boss yet when something happened to your subordinate you not even called that person to hear the version of her story.

Actually, it happened so many times here, those kind of handling matters. When something went wrong, the subordinate had to suffer alone, but when something went right only the top got the appraisal and praises. What are the purpose of your signatures in every things prepared by your subordinate? (this is not related to current issue, but it always happen here).

Suddenly i was thinking what are the criteria of being a boss :

1) To take care of themselves (most of the time - banyak2 (Nujum Pak Belalang)
2) To take care of themselves and subordinates - jarang2
3) To take care of the subordinates & themselves - Kadang2
4) to take care of the subordinates - sikit2

i'm not sure

i've been wanting to resign since two years back... i think this year it's gonna be real.

i really want to stay at home... looking after the kids.... it's gonna be tiring work... but at least they are in front of me...

currently i'm selling home made sandwich to prepare myself to be full time housewife... i won't make much but at least i've something to do...

i really not sure and not too happy with the working environment .... i am very frustrated the way they handled things .. really not know how to put in words.... they just listened to certain people and i don't know ... better not to say much...

btw, got a promotion and salary adjustment but hmmmm ... really hard to say .... adjustment of rm380 with the diff of 2 months termination notice .... well accept it for now...

hoping so much that everything will be better for me once i'm staying at home.... but i would really feel the effect financially .... just praying that Allah will always helps us.....

dah 3 bulan masuk 2010 .. aku rase ayat plg byk aku sebut ialah x sabarnya nak berenti kerja .. bile ni? kesian kat harris ... kesian kat azrah ... harap2 this year will be the last year aku keje.

The life goes on

June ... two weeks of school holidays ... a week in Kl and another in KT ... my new nephew ... Muhammad Haziq was admitted to HSNZ in KT on Wed 3/6/2009. He was then admitted to ICU on Thursday nite. He is confirmed to has a hole in his heart. He was discharged from ICu on Saturday and was sent back to ICU on Friday nite. He is currently being prescribed with sleeping medicine. He is still in ICU .. i just can pray for him. But he is so small. He is 3 months old and weighted only 3.8 kg. Poor him.

Nothing much to write. It was so hot in KT. the max degrees was 44 at noon. There's no wind at all.

Went to KB for two days. Met with M Cik Zu (old neighbour). His son, who used to play with me when we was 5/6 is married to my ex-classmate. Hahhaha ... what a story...

Harris went to school (kindergarten) for the first time on Monday 15/6/2009. He was very excited in the morning. He woke up at 6. Today, he cried asking me not to go to work.

Arrrghhh ... i am so lazy to work.. just want to spend my time at home ... doing nothing... heheheh.. is it possibble?
