Frustration

I was frustrated and furious these days. there's incident happened here, in my work place. i don't care about the outcome of it. But i really frustrated with the way they handled this matter. from the top person to colleagues. It's not related to me at all, but i felt the anger due to the improper manner of handling it. They claimed they all came from the big company which not allowed those things to happen. I accept it, but is it here the big company? Plus do the company ever give training or course to all staffs related to this matter? It is not right when you want to implement something when u haven't educate people about it.

To make things worst, the so called head of department never called that related person to hear the story from that person side. Is it fair? u called urself the boss yet when something happened to your subordinate you not even called that person to hear the version of her story.

Actually, it happened so many times here, those kind of handling matters. When something went wrong, the subordinate had to suffer alone, but when something went right only the top got the appraisal and praises. What are the purpose of your signatures in every things prepared by your subordinate? (this is not related to current issue, but it always happen here).

Suddenly i was thinking what are the criteria of being a boss :

1) To take care of themselves (most of the time - banyak2 (Nujum Pak Belalang)
2) To take care of themselves and subordinates - jarang2
3) To take care of the subordinates & themselves - Kadang2
4) to take care of the subordinates - sikit2
